First Snow

It happened this week, my friends.  Snow gently fell  Wednesday night, but was hardly even noticed.  But today we awoke to a dusting of white that has continued to fall into the afternoon hours.  I am hoping this is not the end of our Autumn already, as I am not ready to bid goodbye to the sunshine and warmish days. However,  I am ready for some much needed craft time, and that always seems to happen after Winter has bitten.  So as evening approaches, I will take what comes, be thankful for a warm sewing room and the opportunity to make peanut butter cookies!
